In the present study, various levels of ingredient so called Hoplit (0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0%) containing glucan was added to a basal formulated diet. Twenty and five kutum fry with a mean (±SD) weight of 1.15±0.06g were stocked in each experimental tank (100 l capacity) filled with 80 liter of water. Fish were fed on experimental diet for 56 days and biometry was performed every 15 days. At the end of the trial blood samples were collected for measurement of haematological parameters including: Red and white blood cells count, differential count of white blood cells, hematocrit and hemoglobin, and innate immune factors (Immunoglobulin and Lysozyme). Fries in 1.5% treatment had highest serum immunoglobins (Ig) and eosinophil, although when compared with control but with no significant differences. Highest MCHC, hematocrit and hemoglobin were observed in the 0.5 and 1% treatments and the highest MCV and red blood cell count were in 0.5 percent treatment. The highest white blood cells count and neutrophils was observed in 2% treatment. The highest and lowest levels of lysozyme activity were observed in 1% and control treatments, respectively. Evaluation of the total bacteria and LAB counts revealed significant increase in 0.5% treatment. According to these results administration of dietary glucan can be considered for stimulation of innate immune response of white fish fry.}, keywords = {Heamatological parameters,Fish physiology,Nutrition,Iran}, title_fa = {بررسی اثرات گلوکان بر ایمنی، پاره ای از شاخص‌های خونی و میکروبیوتای روده‌ای بچه ماهی سفید (Rutilus frisii kutum)}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این تحقیق بررسی اثرات گلوکان بر برخی شاخص‌های خونی و ایمنی بچه ماهی سفید Rutilus frisii بود. از ماده Hoplite بعنوان محرک ایمنی با ماده موثره گلوکان به نسبت‌های 0، 5/0 ،1، 5/1، 2 درصد به جیره پایه تهیه شده برای ماهی سفید اضافه شد. 25 عدد بچه ماهی با میانگین(± انحراف معیار) وزنی (06/0± 15/1) گرم به تانکهای 100 لیتری با حجم آبگیری 80 لیتر وارد گردیدند. طول دوره بررسی 60 روز بود و زیست‌سنجی هر 15 روز یکبار انجام می‌شد. در انتهای دوره از بچه ماهیها خونگیری بعمل آمد و شاخص‌های خونی، تعداد گلبولهای قرمز، تعداد گلبولهای سفید و انواع آن، درصد هماتوکریت و میزان هموگلوبین، شاخصهای ایمنی (ایمونوگلوبولین و لیزوزیم) بررسی شد. بررسی فاکتورهای خونی حاکی از آن بود که بچه ماهی‌های تیمار 5/1 درصد بیشترین میزان ایمونو گلوبین و ائوزینوفیل را داشتند اگرچه از نظر آماری این ختلاف معنی‌دار نبود. بیشترین میانگین غلظت هموگلوبین داخل گلبولی (MCHC)، درصد هماتوکریت و میزان هموگلوبین در تیمارهای 5/0 و 1 درصد و بیشترین میانگین حجم متوسط گلبولی (MCV) و تعداد گلبول قرمز در تیمار 5/0 درصد بدست آمد. بیشترین میانگین تعداد گلبول سفید، نوتروفیل و مونوسیت نیز در تیمار 2 درصد و بیشترین و کمترین میزان لیزوزیم بترتیب در تیمار 1 و صفر درصد مشاهده شد. تراکم تعداد کل باکتریها و لاکتو باسیلوسها افزایش معنی‌داری در تیمار 5/0 درصد داشت. نتایج نشان دادند مکمل غذایی استفاده شده محرک ایمنی غیراختصاصی مناسبی برای بچه ماهی سفید است. kutum}, keywords_fa = {فاکتورهای خونی,فیزیولوژ‍ی ماهی,تغذیه,ایران}, url = {https://isfj.areeo.ac.ir/article_110073.html}, eprint = {https://isfj.areeo.ac.ir/article_110073_74771ccd466cd8c11ed055aaab2140d4.pdf} }
