In this study a total of 4195 Sillaginidae larvae were collected from five inlets (Shif, Lashkari, Ramleh, Dubbeh, Farakeh) and one sampling site in the coastal area of Bushehr Province using a Bongo-net. Morphological and genetic methods were used to identity larvae of this family. The larvae were morphologically divided into two groups, depending on 34 or 38 myomers. The larvae with 34 myomeres were identified as Sillago sihama. To identify larvae with 38 myomers, 12 individuals of postflexion larvae were selected and the morphological characteristic such as number of dorsal and anal fins as well as DNA barcoding of COI were used. According to morphological characteristics, the larvae were divided into two species; Sillago arabica and Sillago attenuata. Genetic studies was done by sequencing of 625 base pair of COI gene. Genetic distances calculated using K2P model between these two species was 18% to 19.7% which indicate that DNA barcoding confirms morphological method and it can be used for identifying younger larvae whose fin rays have not been developed and are unidentifiable with morphological methods.}, keywords = {cytochrome oxidase subunit I,fish identification,Sillago arabica,Sillago attenuata,Sillago sihama}, title_fa = {شناسایی لارو گونه های مختلف شوورت ماهیان (Perciformes: Sillaginidae) در خلیج فارس، با روش های ریخت شناسی و خط شناسه گذاری DNA}, abstract_fa = {شوورت ماهیان یکی از خانوادههای مهم آبهای ساحلی خلیج فارس میباشند که شناسایی لاروهای آن به دلیل شباهت فراوان بسیار دشوار است. در این مطالعه در مجموع 4195 عدد لارو خانواده شوورت ماهیان با استفاده از تور دوقلو بونگو از پنج خور شیف، لشکری، رمله، فراکه، دوبه و یک ایستگاه ساحلی، در استان بوشهر جمعآوری شد. جهت شناسایی لاروها از دو روش ریختشناسی و ژنتیکی استفاده گردید. در ابتدا نمونهها بر اساس تعداد میومر به دو دسته 34 یا 38 میومری تفکیک شدند. بر این اساس لاروهای دارای 34 میومر گونه Sillago sihama شناسایی شدند. جهت شناسایی نمونههای 38 میومری 12 عدد لارو مرحله پسخمیدگی انتخاب شد و از ویژگیهای ریختی مانند تعداد شعاع باله پشتی و مخرجی به همراه روش  خط شناسه گزاری DNA ژن COI و مطابقت با سایت NCBI بهره گرفته شد. با توجه به ویژگیهای ریختشناسی دو گونه Sillago arabica و Sillago attenuata شناسایی شدند. مطالعات ژنتیکی با استفاده از تعیین توالی 625 جفت باز از ژن COI انجام شد. فواصل ژنتیکی محاسبه شده با مدل K2P بین دو گونه اخیر 18% تا 7/19%  به دست آمد که نشان میدهد نتایج خط شناسه گزاری، نتایج ریختشناسی را تأیید نموده و میتوان از این روش برای شناسایی لاروهای مراحل ابتداییتر که فاقد شعاع مشخص باله و غیرقابل شناسایی با روش ریختی هستند، استفاده نمود. }, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://isfj.areeo.ac.ir/article_110218.html}, eprint = {https://isfj.areeo.ac.ir/article_110218_55c0730e249ca73ec2283c5bb3321d36.pdf} }
