In This study it was prepared about 100 individual pearl oyster in average (D.V.M) 21-60 mm of Nakhiloo, and after Cutting byssus gland, in the laboratory the number and time of their attach to substrata were studied. It was considered that there was a significant difference between times (6 hours in the first observation and 13 hour in the second) and the number of attached oyster to substrata in the preliminary study.
