شناسایی انگل‌های خارجی برخی ماهیان زینتی استان اصفهان

بررسی حاضر با هدف شناسائی انگل‏های خارجی برخی ماهیان آکواریومی شامل ماهی قرمز حوض (Carassius auratus auratus)، گوپی (Poeciliareticulata)، آنجل (Pterophyllum scalare) و گورامی دارف (Colisa lalia) صورت پذیرفت. برای این منظور تعداد 140 عدد ماهی بصورت تصادفی از مراکز فروش و تکثیر ماهی شهرستان اصفهان در سال 1391 جمع آوری و بصورت زنده و در شرایط مناسب به مرکز تحقیقات شیلات دانشگاه آزاد شهرکرد منتقل گردیدند. ماهی‏ها در آکواریوم نگهداری و به صورت انفرادی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که ماهیان به گونه‏های انگل شامل Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Trichodina sp., Dactylogyrus anchoratus, Trianchoratus sp., Dactylogyrus spiralis,  Ancyrocephalus pseudorasbora, وGyrodactyrus sp.  و دو گونهداکتیلوژیروسآلوده بودند. در مجموع 64 عدد از 140 ماهی بررسی شده (46 درصد) آلوده به انگل و مابقی فاقد آلودگی انگلی بودند. بیشترین میزان آلودگی در ماهی قرمز حوض (75 درصد) و کمترین آلودگی در ماهی گوپی (5/2 درصد) مشاهده گردید. در این مطالعه گزارش انگل‏های A. pseudorasborae از ماهی قرمز و Trianchoratus sp. از ماهی گورامی دارف برای نخستین بار در ایران صورت می‏پذیرد. همچنین ماهی قرمز به عنوان میزبان جدید D. spiralisگزارش می‏شود.

The current study was done with the aim of identification of ectoparasites of some aquarium fish including Carassius auratus auratus,Poeciliareticulata, Pterophyllum scalar and Colisa lalia. A total of 140 fish were randomly collected from Isfahan city in 2013, and were transported alive in appropriate condition to Fishery Reserch Center, Islamic Azad University, Shahrekord. Fish were kept in separate aquariums and were individually studied. The obtained results revealed that the studied fish were infested by Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Trichodina sp., Dactylogyrus anchoratus, Dactylogyrus spiralis, Dactylogyrus sp1, Dactylogyrus sp2, Trianchoratus sp., Ancyrocephalus pseudorasbora and Gyrodactyrus sp.  Overall, 64 0f 140 studied fish (46%) were found to be infested by parasites and the remaining were not infested. The highest infestation rate was found in gold fish (75%) and the lowest was observed in guppy (2.5%). A. pseudorasborae and Trianchoratus sp. are reported for the first time in Iran which were collected from gold fish and dwarf gourami, respectively. Gold fish is also reported as new host for D. spiralis.
