پویایی جمعیت ماهی شیربت (Barbus grypus) و ماهی برزم لب پهن (Barbus barbulus) در رودخانه کارون

چکیده

از پنج منطقه تخلیه صید در رودخانه کارون (گتوند، شوشتر، ملاثانی، اهواز و دارخوین) در سال 1387 نمونه‌های ماهی   شیربت و برزم لب پهن جمع‌آوری شد. در طول اجرای این تحقیق بیش از دوهزار ماهی شیربت و برزم لب پهن زیست‌سنجی گردیدند. میانگین طولی (± انحراف معیار) ماهی شیربت 18/8±94/37 در دامنه 76-20 سانتیمتر، برزم لب پهن  27/10±62/43 در دامنه 94- 20 سانتیمتر و میانگین وزنی (± انحراف معیار) بترتیب شیربت 45/109±20/873 در دامنه 1170-52 گرم، برزم لب پهن 97/725±59/778 در دامنه 4675-52 گرم بود. رابطه طول- وزن  ماهی شیربت W=0.0192L2.85 , n=410) (R2=0.85 , و ماهی برزم لب پهن (R2= 0.95, W=0.0081L3.06 , n=301) بدست آمد. پویایی جمعیت برای ماهی شیربت وبرزم لب پهن بترتیب طول بی‌نهایت 64/86 و 90/132 سانتیمتر، ضریب رشد 27/0 و 17/0 در سال، زمان طول صفر 46/0-  و 66/0- ، مرگ و میر طبیعی 50/0 و 33/0 در  سال ، مرگ و میر صیادی22/1 و 04/1 در سال، مرگ  و میر کل 72/1 و 37/1 در سال، میزان فایم پریم مونرو 31/3 و 48/3 و ضریب بهره‌برداری 71/0 و 76/0 در سال بود. با توجه به پارامترهای رشد و مرگ و میر بدست آمده از ماهیان و براساس شاخص انجمن شیلاتی امریکا (AFS) این ماهی جزء ماهیان با آسیب‌پذیری متوسط رو به زیاد بشمار می‌آیند.

Barbus sp. fish samples were collected during November 2007 to October 2008 from five
landing stations in Karoon River: Gotvand, Shoshtar, Molasani, Ahwaz, and Darkhoin.
During one year of study, more than 2000 specimens of B. grypus and B. barbulus were
measured, mean±SD length values for this species were 37.94±8.18 and 43.62±10.27,
respectively and maximum and minimum total length were 20-76cm and 20-94cm,
respectively. Mean±SD of weight values for this species were 873.2±1092.45 grams and
778.59±725.97 grams, respectively and maximum and minimum weight were 52-11170
grams and 52-4675 grams, respectively. Growth and mortality parameters were calculated for
B. grypus and B. barbulus as L∞: 86.64, 132.9 and K: 0.27, 0.17 and t0: -0.46, -0.66, M: 0.50,
0.33, F: 1.22, 1.04, Z: 1.72, 2.72, 'Ф: 3.31, 3.48, E: 0.71, 0.76, respectively. According to the
exploitation coefficient, B. grypus and B. barbulus stocks are overfished hence we suggest a
decrease in exploitation coefficient. Based on results and their comparison with the American
Fisheries Society (AFS) indices, these species are classified in moderate to high vulnerable
group fishes.
